Treatments
The treatments that I offer always begin with a health interview (anamnesis) and a physical examination. Then I can decide which type or combination of treatments suits the needs of the client. In a single session, I can combine and change many of the tools I know to work effectively with a disease or symptom. I rarely stick to just one method; I work with a holistic approach so that every part of the person's body and life affects the condition and therefore the treatment.
Cranio Sacral Therapy

Cranio Sacral Therapy is a soft and effective manual therapy approach. It uses natural body movement to detect imbalances and correct them. It works directly with the central nervous system having therefore an impact in the hole body including the organ functions, which it is used as the basis of Osteopathy. The name evolved from Latin cranium: skull; sacral: concerning the sacrum (os sacrum): "skull sacrum therapy".
This method can bring out in the surface, psychological and physical injuries stored in the body and the associated feelings and sensations, making it easy to recognize and treat them. It is an effective tool to work on chronic pain, insomnia, stress, traumata (recent or old), birth trauma, tinnitus, headaches, abdominal imbalances, and many more.
Reflexology

The foot reflexology uses the reflecting zone acupressure principle. There are specific points in our body which reflects our internal organs and the skeleton, and with an application of finger pressure on the surface of the skin, one can achieve to stimulate the body´s natural self-curative abilities. This method is particularly useful as an analysis in terms of precise organic function and as an indirect healing method. There are several of these areas distributed throughout the body and a particularly important one is the foot. The foot reflects the entire body: each organ and body part are represented by a precise area on the feet. This makes foot reflexology a compact and comprehensive diagnosis and healing method of the entire body. Working indirect on the organs with this method stimulate and balance the organic function which is difficult to obtain otherwise. Improve circulation encouraging the harmony in our system, which it helps prevent decay, malfunction, and illness. Also reduce stress giving a grounding balance.
Massage therapy

Massage therapy is based on many years of experience and the many different massage techniques that I have learned over the past few decades. Each direction has different potentials for treating clinical issues. Both the traditional direction, such as Abhyanga (Ayurveda massage), and the modern direction, such as sports or deep tissue massage. The use and / or combination of methods help me to confirm diagnoses and find out where pain originated and what to do to relieve that pain.

Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a special type of medical massage. The transport of the lymph fluid in the lymph vessels is stimulated by gentle grip techniques.
It is a component of the complex physical decongestive therapy (KPE) for the treatment of lymph and lipedema patients. It is also used after severe orthopedic injuries or surgery to reduce symptoms such as swelling and pain.
Manual lymph drainage has other positive effects: thanks to gentle movements, patients often find the treatment soothing and relaxing.
Yoga

The movement and breathing therapy is based on traditional Ashtanga yoga.
Yoga It is a dicipline that have millions of years, that originates from India. It helps to heal the body and mind holistically and keeps it healthy. Very active and sporty people as well as old or seriously ill people can benefit from this method.
Complex homeopathy, tinctures and supplements
