About me

IMG_9596_edited.jpg

I was born in Cordoba,

Argentina in 1983.

Alongside my political science

studies  I started to get interested

in health and wellbeing, and I began studying different therapy techniques, such as: ayurvedic (Abhyanga) massage, hot stone massage, 3 levels of Reiki (Usui, Shiki, Ryoho), Reflexology (zoneterapi) and Hatha Yoga Teacher training.

After completing them, and leaving the Political science aside, I left Argentina in 2008 to travel the world and gain experience.

My first stop was in France, Marseille I learned and practiced with Stéphan Lalo, a very experienced Iyengar yoga teacher, followed by intensive lessons with Vanessa Brouillet, my first Ashtangi guru, as well as Maria Luisa Munoz and Petri Räisänen. At that time, I was also teaching at the Purna Yoga School in Marseille.

After that I went to Spain, Barcelona and worked in the Bliss SPA of the W Hotel where I learned different body treatments and massage techniques (lymphatic drainage, deep tissue/sport massages, Swedish massages) under the supervision of Ben Brown. This was the starting point of working full time in many countries as a massage therapist for well recognized SPAs.

In 2010 I moved to Germany, Munich and opened my first yoga and massage studio. At the same time, I worked as a massage therapist and teacher in “Vier Jahreszeiten"

Hotel Kempinsky and “The Charles Hotel” from Roccoforte Hotels in Munich. During this time and in the following years I was allowed to work with various professional athletes such as football player Mario Götze or Mesut Özil, as well as athletes of other disciplines, such as marathon, triathlon, ski, basketball, ballet.

And the time came when I had the urge to deepen my knowledge in yoga and its traditions. That took me to the source of it, right to Mysore, India where the traditional Ashtanga yoga had begun. In the years of 2011, 2013 and 2015 I studied Ashtanga Yoga for several months with my Guru Sharath, taking also the opportunity to participate in other courses: Anatomy and Kinesiology, Sanskrit, Chanting, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Nuad Bo Ram (Thai Yoga Bodywork Massage).

To find out more about the human body and its connections and understanding its natural interactions, I started studying to became an alternative medical practitioner, in Germany: Heilpraktiker, at the ZFN (Centrum für Naturheilkunde) in 2015 and completed this in 2017 with the approval and allowance from the Department for Health and Environment of Germany.

These studies deepened my knowledge and understanding of human medicine and also its holistic approach, making me hungry to learn more. I started to deepen my studies in nutrition, the milestone that change my vision of health. I recognize nutrition now as an important medicine and as a disease prevention measurement. This had led me to deepen my studies about it, following the latest scientific findings and following eye-opening case studies from health professionals around the globe.

Parallel to all the above, I took intensive Cranio Sacral Therapy classes from the talented Heilpraktiker Carola Faßbender and other seminars related with sport injuries, Homeopathy and different other medical therapies and diagnosis.

In 2019, I successfully established my healing practice in Munich, until I opened my naturopathy practice in Copenhagen in 2021. I also collaborated with Jo Clingan in her sports massage clinic, where I worked with athletes and sports enthusiasts. I am now based in Esporles, Mallorca, where I currently offer my services.

I am very grateful to have found my vocation in life and with it, to have the opportunity of helping people regaining their health. Treating a person as a whole and not as a sum of its parts is challenging but the reword is great! Therefore, I keep expanding my knowledge, improving my capabilities to alleviate the suffering, so I can help them to lead a healthy and vital life.
