The protection of your personal data is very important to me. According to the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), I am obliged to inform you about the purpose for which my practice collects, stores, forwards or otherwise processes data. This information also tells you what rights you have in this context. The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 9 Paragraph 2 h GDPR in conjunction with Section 22 Paragraph 1 No. 1 b BDSG, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 b GDPR.

The data processing takes place in order to be able to fulfill the treatment contract between you and me, your alternative practitioner.
I process your personal data, especially your health data. These include surname / first name, date of birth, address, telephone and electronic contact details (email address), anamnesis, diagnoses, therapy suggestions and findings that I or other treatment persons (doctors / alternative practitioners / therapists etc.) collect or have collected . For these purposes, other doctors or therapists with whom you are receiving treatment can also provide me with data. The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not collected or provided, careful treatment by my practice cannot take place. You expressly agree that the alternative practitioner Sabrina Allemandi may process, copy, change, delete and pass on to third parties your medical data within the framework of the existing treatment contract.
I only transfer your personal and medical data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. These can in particular be: IT service providers, tax consultants who are entrusted with accounting, laboratories for the purpose of diagnostics, accounting firms. Recipients of your personal data can also be other alternative practitioners / doctors / psychotherapists / physiotherapists, osteopaths or representatives of other recognized health professions and health insurance companies.
The transmission takes place mainly for the purpose of billing / billing tracking  the services you have provided or complementary / further treatment.
In individual cases, data can be transmitted to other authorized recipients. I only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the treatment.

You have the right to receive information about your personal data and can request the correction of incorrect data. In addition, under certain conditions, you have the right to delete data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability.
The processing of your data takes place on the basis of legal regulations. I only need your consent in exceptional cases. You have the right to make use of your right of revocation at any time and without giving reasons and to change or revoke your declaration of consent for the future. The revocation takes place by means of a declaration to the above mentioned medical practitioner. This can be done by post to the above address or by email to:

You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that your personal data is not being processed lawfully.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  •     Browser type and browser version
  •     operating system used
  •     Referrer URL
  •     Host name of the accessing computer
  •     Time of the server request
  •     IP address

This data will not be merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. allowed.
Cookies
We use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your Internet browser. Cookies enable recognition of the Internet browser. The files are used to help the browser to navigate through the online offer and to be able to use all functions to their full extent.
